However, if you need a break from a hard day’s work at the golf course, this immaculately maintained community’s close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico means you’ll still have a chance to cast a line into world class fishing. You really don’t have to choose one over the other. Golf enthusiasts of all skill levels will appreciate St. James Bay’s ability to capitalize on the natural beauty of this unique landscape and to perfectly incorporate wetland and water features at every hole to create a course that delivers a golfing experience that is unsurpassed.
Guests of the Residences enjoy a discounted golf rate of $50/day which includes the greens fee & cart. Additionally, the Residences at St. James Bay offers an amenities package that no other property in the area can beat. Covered parking, elevators in each building and a pool directly adjacent to the building make the immediate grounds quite comfortable.
Still within the St. James Bay community and only a short drive or a leisurely walk away, guests are invited to enjoy a second pool, tennis courts, and fitness room for no additional charge. A short drive outside of the community and also free of charge, guests are invited to use the gated Bayside Facilities, which includes a children’s playground, restrooms, fishing pier, picnic pavilion and BBQ grill.
Another unique feature of this property is the on-site restaurant, the Crooked River Grill, which offers a range of delicious dishes to satisfy every one. If you need merchandise or advice, the Pro Shop located next to the Crooked River Grill delivers both.

The Residences at St. James Bay offer eight units overlooking the golf course. There are seven 2-bedroom, 2 bath units and one 3-bedroom, 3 bath unit.
Weekly rentals are Friday through Friday. Refundable deposit of $250 required to make reservation.
Reservation fee of $50 will apply.
Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a $125 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy & Rent Prepayment for Stays Longer than 14 Days: Stays longer than 14 days require prepayment of 1/2 of all funds due in advance (rent, taxes & fees) plus the security deposit. If reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival. Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration.
Weekend rentals are any 2 nights during the week (not restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and are subject to availability at participating properties. Third night is discounted for weekend stays. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival.
All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' Eve may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required
