Wake to the sound of the Gulf in this stunning beach front haven. The "Fish House" is beautifully decorated in a contemporary & colorful coastal style that wraps guests in comfort & luxury. Located at the East end of Alligator Point between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor, the "Fish House" offers guests to unwind with views of two bodies of water. Each of the 4 bedrooms are decorated in a colorful seaside style. Two bedrooms offer one King bed each and the two remaining bedrooms offer 3 queens. For guests needing additional space for extended family, the Bait House directly across the street offers 2 additional bedrooms and can be reserved at an additional fee. Guests of the house are welcome to use the dock access for fishing located across the street on the bayside. For guests bringing a boat, the calming waters of the bay is a perfect place to moor while visiting. Under the house guests have a large shaded area complete with swings, fish cleaning table and an outside bathroom. This area offers a clean, concrete space for the entire family.

Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday. Refundable deposit of $500 required to make reservation.

Reservation fee of $85 will apply. Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration. Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a $125 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy & Rent Prepayment for Stays Longer than 14 Days: Stays longer than 14 days require prepayment of 1/2 of all funds due in advance (rent, taxes & fees) plus the security deposit. If reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival.

All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' Eve may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required.
