The home is right on the beach and offers a breathtaking panoramic of beautiful and unspoiled beach. The oversized deck facing the water is a great spot to soak in the rays and take in the gulf breezes. Watch incredible sunrises, and see blue herons fish at dusk. Walk the beach and see our spectacular Panhandle sunsets. Fishing on the beach directly behind the house is great. In the cooler months you can catch mullet and shrimp by the pound in a cast net. If you decide to surf fish, the local catch includes redfish, sea trout, spanish mackerel and flounder.

Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday. Refundable deposit of $250 required to make reservation.
Reservation fee of $50 will apply. Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration.
Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a $125 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy & Rent Prepayment for Stays Longer than 14 Days: Stays longer than 14 days require prepayment of 1/2 of all funds due in advance (rent, taxes & fees) plus the security deposit. If reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival.
Weekend rentals are any 2 nights during the week (not restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and are subject to availability at participating properties. Third night is discounted for weekend stays. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival.
All rates and fees are subject to change.
