Huge sun room with deck facing the water provides all the aspects of secret a get-away. Quiet, secluded and unspoiled, this location is perfect for those who are seeking a relaxed atmosphere. Kitchen opens into the great room for open living, however, beautifully furnished bedrooms are separated for privacy. This gorgeous home is located on a tip of land jetting into the bay. It offers incredible views of the harbor with huge sunsets during the summer months. This comfortable bay home includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with and attached bath featuring a jacuzzi to relax after a great day of boating. The two remaining bedrooms are just as comfortable with relaxed furnishings and TV's in each room. The dining room and kitchen will be a great gathering place for the whole family to enjoy those easy vacation meals. A public beach access is located 2 streets over about a five minute walk from the house. For guests that want to take advantage of the amazing star gazing and calming waters of the bay...this is a great escape that will be remembered forever. If you've always rented on the beach side, you should try something different. The bay is just as beautiful as the beach. Guests are welcomed to dock their boats or jet skis on the dock. The bayside is great place to ski, tube, fish or just cruise. The boat lift is not accessible by guests. So close but seemingly so far away; in only 15 minutes you can enjoy great local seafood restaurants, as well as fresh seafood markets. If you would rather have your own “Catch of the Day” right off the dock; where red fish, mullet, sheep head, trout, just to name a few have been caught. This home does have a hot tub but it is not accessible to guests.

Weekly rentals are Friday through Friday. Refundable deposit of $250 required to make reservation.
Reservation fee of $50 will apply. Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration.
Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a $125 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy & Rent Prepayment for Stays Longer than 14 Days: Stays longer than 14 days require prepayment of 1/2 of all funds due in advance (rent, taxes & fees) plus the security deposit. If reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival.
Weekend rentals are any 2 nights during the week (not restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and are subject to availability at participating properties. Third night is discounted for weekend stays. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival.
All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' Eve may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required.
