This 2 bedroom, 2 bath gulf front beach home is footsteps away from the Gulf. The large deck is perfect for sunning and relaxing, and the additional screened porch provides cooling breezes off the gulf. The beach at this end of Alligator Point is gorgeous and stretches for miles. In addition to the Gulf, the Sandpiper offers an incredible view of Alligator Harbor. Fishing on the beach directly behind the house is great. In the cooler months you can catch mullet and shrimp by the pound in a cast net. If you decide to surf fish, the local catch includes redfish, sea trout, Spanish mackerel and flounder. This pristine beach community is located an hour from "structured entertainment" such as movies, malls and sporting events. However, nature's beauty abounds and is only footsteps from your front door. This sanctuary offers its guests the rare opportunity to do absolutely nothing! There are no strip malls, no main attractions (except the miles of unpopulated beach) and no fast-paced action (except the porpoises in the Gulf trying to secure their next meal). The absence of noise and glaring lights makes for prime relaxation and exquisite stargazing. Proximity to superior seafood makes your biggest problem choosing a favorite restaurant from the array of local seafood restaurants!

Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday. Refundable deposit of $250 required to make reservation.
Reservation fee of $50 will apply. Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a $125 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy & Rent Prepayment for Stays Longer than 14 Days: Stays longer than 14 days require prepayment of 1/2 of all funds due in advance (rent, taxes & fees) plus the security deposit. If reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival. Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration.
Weekend rentals are any 2 nights during the week (not restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and are subject to availability at participating properties. Third night is discounted for weekend stays. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival.
All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' Eve may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required.
