Coastal Comfort’s new owners have retained many of the charming features including the enchanting crystal doorknobs, quaint woodworking and wood floors. For guests’ comfort, however, they have freshened the property with new furniture, linens, paint and modern conveniences including flat screen televisions, high speed internet with wireless access and a ping pong table. Additional features of this property include a large sunroom, a large screened porch and an outside shower with hot and cold water.
The spacious areas of this home give everyone enough room to find their own retreat, though most guests find that they rarely want to leave the comfort of the Gulf breezes enjoyed on the abundantly sized screened porch overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico‘s white sandy beach. Two bedrooms at the end of the house share a cluster of 2 bathrooms in a shared hallway. The larger of the 2 bedrooms has a king-size bed with sitting area and television, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. At the opposite end of the house and next to the kitchen is the 3rd and largest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a queen bed, as well as a wall-mounted television and a ping pong table. This bedroom has its own private bath located next to the laundry center. There is a separate exterior entrance from this room, so that early risers need not wake the rest of the house when sneaking off to the beach to take in one of Alligator Point’s amazing sunrises!
Please be aware that this property is located next to a public access point for Alligator Point beaches. If you have ever been to Alligator Point, you’ll know that we’re rarely crowded, and “crowded” by our standards (to us, more than 6 people is crowded -- and truly the most people we have ever seen at one time at this access point is 20 on a holiday weekend ) is laughable by most other places in Florida, but if privacy is an issue for you (or your nervous dog), then please let us help you find your alternative perfect property.

Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday. Refundable deposit of $250 required to make reservation.
Reservation fee of $50 will apply. Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a $125 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy & Rent Prepayment for Stays Longer than 14 Days: Stays longer than 14 days require prepayment of 1/2 of all funds due in advance (rent, taxes & fees) plus the security deposit. If reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded.
There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival.
Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration.
Weekend rentals are any 2 nights during the week (not restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and are subject to availability at participating properties. Third night is discounted for weekend stays. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival. All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' Eve may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required.
